Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Cards

If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can report and replace it in Online & Mobile Banking in the Card Management tool. Here is what to expect.

  • Report Card as Lost or Stolen – This immediately locks your card to prevent unauthorized use.
  • Request a Replacement Type – You'll have the option to have a new card mailed to you or to pick up an instant issued card in branch.
    • Mailed cards take 7-10 business days to arrive.
    • Your digital card will be available in the Card Management the next day.

You can always call us to report your card lost or stolen at (907) 561-1407. If you reach us outside of business hours you'll be forwarded to  an afterhours support team where you can shut down your card. Please be sure to call us back during business hours to make sure your new card is reissued.

Set or Change Your Card PIN

You can call our secure PIN change line anytime at 800-290-7893 within US or 206-624-7998 outside US  and follow the prompts to set up or reset your card PIN.

You can also reset your PIN by visiting a branch.

Dispute a Card Transaction

If you notice a fraudulent or incorrect charge on your debit or credit card, follow these steps to dispute a transaction:

  • Identify the Transaction(s) – Check your transaction history in Online & Mobile Banking to confirm the charge.
  • Contact the Merchant First – To ensure this is not an accidental charge or billing error, please reach out to the merchant directly to resolve the issue. If the merchant is not cooperative or you believe that the charge fraudulent proceed with the following steps.
  • Initiate a Dispute – If the charge is unauthorized or unresolved, you can file a dispute by calling us at (907) 561-1407 during business hours. We will need a list of the transaction(s) and transaction date(s), a summary of your claim, and proof of your attempt to contact the merchant.
  • We’ll Investigate – Our team will review your claim and provide updates on the dispute process.

If you need immediate assistance, call or text us.

  • POS Purchases: $510 per day
  • Signature Purchases: $3,000 per day

Current Daily Credit Card Limits:
