Subordination Requirements

Subordination requests submitted to Northern Skies FCU are reviewed case by case. In most cases, the first lien and any subsequent liens, including a recorded deed of trust by Northern Skies FCU may not exceed 80% CLTV in total aggregate.

Please submit the following for consideration:

• • Copy of appraisal (If no appraisal is required, please note)
• • Current first mortgage balance
• • Copy of 1003 Uniform Residential Application (New loan amount, interest rate, term, and loan type)

Once documents are received, they will be submitted for review. If approved, there is a $75.00 subordination fee that can be sent with your subordination agreement for signature.
