Making your loan payment should be simple and convenient—no matter where you bank. Whether you're paying from your Northern Skies account or using an account from another financial institution, we offer multiple ways to keep your payments on track.

Set Up an Auto Transfer
Set up your loan payments to be automatically transferred from your deposit account each month. Call us today or set it up in the 'Transfer and Pay' tab in online banking or our mobile app!
Make an Instant Transfer
If you'd like more control over your monthly payment, you can pay your loan on demand by giving us a call or completing a one time transfer in online banking or the mobile app.

Add Your External Account
You can add your external accounts in online banking and the mobile app. Once you've added the account you can easily move money to and from these accounts. Payments can be set up as one-time or recurring.
- You will need the routing number of the other institution and your account number.
- Payments can take 3-5 business days to post to your account.
Take a Picture of Your Check
With our Remote Deposit tool, you can easily take a picture of a check and deposit it to a loan account! To access this tool, click on "Remote Deposit" in the "Tools" tab in your mobile app.
Set Up an ACH Transfer
Call us or stop by to sign up for your payments to be automatically deducted from your checking/saving account at another institution.
- You will need the routing number of the other institution and proof of your account number.
Mail us a Check
You can mail a check to us each month or drop one off at any of our branches. It's helpful to include the loan ID you are making the payment to in the memo of the check.
Use Your Debit Card
You can use your debit card to make an easy one-time or recurring payments. Pay online, over the phone, or in branch.
- A $4.95 convenience fee will be charged for each loan payment.

Commercial debit cards can be used for Guest Pay transactions, but will have 2.95% processing fee included.

If you prefer to make your loan payment with cash, you can stop by any of our branches during business hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Missed us? No problem! You can drop your payment in our night drop box—just be sure to include clear payment instructions so we can apply it to the right loan.
